This interactive 60-minute workshop focuses on improving foot and ankle strength, mobility, and overall function. Through education and guided movement, we will explore ideal ranges of motion, identify where your body is currently at, and learn targeted exercises to improve mobility and strength. Special attention will be given to the often-overlooked importance of foot and toe strength. The goal is to support better day-to-day movement, reduce discomfort, and keep you active and confident throughout the winter months.

This 1.5 hours informative and practical session will focus on pelvic health through the perimenopause-to-postmenopause continuum. We’ll break down the essentials of the pelvic floor and how these changes uniquely affect women and people with vaginas during midlife and beyond.
Together, we’ll explore what a pelvic health assessment looks like, why symptoms like incontinence, prolapse, and constipation may arise, and what you can do to support your pelvic wellness.
You’ll also learn simple, effective exercises you can start using right away to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

This class will give you the tools to improve your posture and overall strength. It is safe and effective for those with male anatomy, female anatomy, post-partum, pelvic floor dysfunction (prolapse, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, & more).
You will learn appropriate core contraction & exercises and the breathwork to support it, Hypopresives technique, ELDOA technique and more.
