This 2 hour course is designed to give you the awareness to support the health of your pelvic floor within any of your daily life activities as well as specific exercises for optimal function of your core & pelvic floor. This class will give you the tools to improve your posture and overall strength. It is safe and effective for those with male anatomy, female anatomy, post-partum, pelvic floor dysfunction (prolapse, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, & more).
You will learn appropriate core contraction & exercises and the breathwork to support it, Hypopresives technique, ELDOA technique and more. Megan has 20 years experience working in the field of movement, core & pelvic floor health & always remains up to date on the latest research.Sunday October 12th at 11-12:30pm
