Summer Solstice Celtic Yoga Workshop

The Summer Solstice has always been a time of welcoming the Sun and its warmth as we celebrate the longest day of light. Our ancestors have long gathered to commemorate this shift of season and bhava (energy/mood) with remembrance and gratitude. We’ll walk in their footsteps as we weave together the symbolism of this potent portal and experience its fullness within our own skin. Skillful biomechanics, precise alignment, movement with breath, and practices that honor the light—inside and out—will fashion the tapestry we interlace, each gesture a reminder of the power held at this inspiring time. Practice will include warm-ups, standing postures, hip and heart openers, as well as space for integrating the deeper meaning of the Solstice. I hope to see you there!
