Jenni Graham
Jenni is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy after completing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Her curiosity about the body and its innate capacity to heal has guided her work from the very beginning.
Over the years, Jenni’s practice has evolved toward a slower, more subtle approach - one that honours the body’s natural rhythms and wisdom. She now focuses on Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet profound modality rooted in osteopathic principles that supports the nervous system and encourages deep, whole-body balance.
Through the mindful touch of Craniosacral Therapy, Jenni’s intention is to create a space where the nervous system can unwind, regulate, and restore itself, helping clients return to what they love with greater ease and resilience.
Jenni is also a yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour training in India in 2017. She offers classes that range from fun, dynamic flow practices to deeply restorative, nervous-system–nourishing experiences, with breathwork thoughtfully woven throughout.

Clinical Counselling
Dr Sean Larsen
Dr. Sean Larsen has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in mental health, with a strong focus on anxiety, stress, trauma, and emotional regulation. His clinical work and national presentations have centered on how the developing brain responds under pressure, and how stress and emotions can impact performance.
While newer to formal performance coaching, Sean brings a highly relevant brain-based perspective to sport. His background working with young people facing high anxiety gives him deep insight into what happens in the brain during competition, injury, failure, and high expectations. As a mental performance coach, he helps athletes build awareness, regulation skills, confidence, and resilience, while also supporting families in creating environments that foster long-term wellbeing.
Outside of work, Sean is a self-described mediocre skier and pretty okay mountain biker who loves being outdoors, slowly improving at meaningful things, and sharing the journey with others.
