ELDOA - Peak Mobility Class
Kirsty Exner
“Move better. Live stronger. Thrive longer.”
Do you want a body you can rely on—for fun adventures and everyday tasks like putting on your socks? If injuries aren’t your idea of fun, this class is for you.
Our Mobility Class, rooted in ELDOA principles, focuses on expanding joint workspace to build usable ranges of motion. The result? Better flexibility, control, awareness, and long-term durability—so you can stay on the slopes longer, put in more trail miles, or confidently pick up your child.
This is a work-IN, not just a workout. Through DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) and ELDOA, you’ll develop deep internal strength, stability, and mobility while enhancing both joint and nervous system function. Everyone can benefit.
So, what is ELDOA?
