Group Class Instruction

In The Velvet Underground Fitness Studio, movement isn’t just exercise—it’s a way of life. We’ve created a space where strength, mobility, and resilience come alive, and training feels more like adventure than routine. Whether you’re chasing powder, riding trails, wrangling kids, or just wanting to move pain-free, our team is here to help you feel strong and capable every day.

Our philosophy is simple: healthy joints, smart movement, and strong habits are the key to staying active for the long haul. That’s why we mix science-backed training with a welcoming community built on mindfulness, connection, and a good sweat. Think of us as your training ground for real life—helping you carry strength and confidence into the sports and adventures you love… for as long as possible
