This series of classes is for you if you find you're constantly struggling with aches and pains in the lower body. Learn how to move safely so you can heal and prevent future injuries when running, skiing, hiking and biking.  

  • Great for anyone who has been prescribed exercises from a physio but you never get around to doing them!
